Purpleposter.com is a branch of Kræss (kraess.dk) which is a danish brand, webshop and physical store.

Payment
purpleposter.com receives payment with VISA, Mastercard and Paypal.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT. (25%)

purpleposter.com uses an approved payment server (STRIPE and PayPal) that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

When you make a purchase in purpleposter.com Webshop, your email address will be subscribed to our newsletter. We send one relevant newsletter a month and you can always unsubscribe.

Delivery by shipment to parcel shop and private address.
We deliver with GLS to Europa and USA.

The shipping price starts from 4.7 € but can vary in relation to weight and size and destination.

purpleposter.com uses GLS as a supplier of products purchased in the webshop. The delivery time in Denmark is basically 1-3 working days. Delivery time in Europe is usually 2-5 business days. Delivery time is the rest of the world is up to 20 days.

It is your responsibility to stay up to date on the shipping company’s policy and how and when the package is to be picked up or received (not the parcel shop or home address). You will receive an email and text message when the package can be picked up or delivered (Track & Trace). It is not purpleposter.com‘s responsibility to keep the recipient informed of the package’s delivery if the email and / or telephone number has not been entered correctly when purchasing on our webshop. Therefore, always remember to check that your information is correct when you shop.

If you have not received an SMS or email from the shipping company within 36 hours of completing the purchase on our webshop, please contact us.

If you do not pick up the package in the package shop or are at home to receive the package, the package is sent back to purpleposter.com on Blågårdsgade 17 in Copenhagen. The recipient will receive an email from purpleposter.com when the package is returned to purpleposter.com‘s store. The recipient has the option of having the package resent. The price for return will be in the email and depends on the package’s weight and product category.

If you choose to send the package to an address other than your own, it is your responsibility to enter all information correctly.

Reservations for sold out items
We make reservations for sold out items.

If you make a purchase in our webshop and we discover that the item is still not in stock, we will refund the amount. purpleposter.com cannot be held responsible for repurchasing the product so that the order can be executed at a later date.

Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.

30-day right of withdrawal when purchasing in our physical store and webshop.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 30 after the purchase and from the cancellation. You can only return items that do not have visible traces of use, have been taken into use or have damage which means that it is no longer salable.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

The condition of the item when you send it back after online purchase
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
