The Olive Tree Girl

I painted this 80x100cm piece as a collaboration with my father’s olive oil brand, Olio De Nardi. I grew up enjoying our fresh and peppery organic olive oil my father harvested from the trees right outside our home. I was inspired by California landscapes and my Italian roots. I envisioned an Eve in her orchard, drunk off of earth’s simple pleasures, warmth, wine, and olive oil.
