My favourite corner in Barcelona, La Pedrera (roughly translated to “stone quarry”) or Casa Milà is an apartment building designed by Catalonian architect Antoni Gaudí, inspired by the natural curvatures within nature, particularly Mediterranean landscapes. A symbol of Modernism and one of the most visited buildings in Spain, as seen from the sidewalk just below.
